Feel like I'm going mad now why are they still positive???

I'm on day 6 of opks now as they are still showing up as positive I feel like I'm going mad what's going on??

I did try one and it was a bfn is it possibly I could be pregnant and the test just wasn't sensitive enough? I've been working night shift so haven't had the chance to get back to the shops, I've been getting cramp in my back and my lower stomach I don't usually get cramp until af arrives
