well one i got an ulcer on my tongue which hurts when i eat, speak etc,
ive got spots all over my face. got bad crampin and rumbly belly (on cd15) thought it was food poisonin but its not lol.

plus im givin up smokin which is hard, but i feel like tottal crap lol

where are you in cycle hun? - maybe your body is busy doing other things and forgot about your immune system

Sounds like you're run down, are you stressing atm about anything? have a hot bath with candles a good book and a glass of wine xxx

i do feel run down but not stressed bout anything till today ( not happy with OH).. pretty tired atm so might have an early night.

hope you feel better soon, there are loads of bugs going around just now
also it could be something to do with your body adjusting to you stopping smoking, when i stopped smoking i has something much the same that lasted only a few days but i never ever get spots but when i stopped smoking there was hardly a bit on my face without a spot, but it was worth it in the end, hope you feel better soon.

today im a lot worse, went up to town but almost threw up been feeling extreme nausea all day really bad when i stand up. i have eaten a bit of toast had to basically force it down, but i still feel sick. my belly hurts im bloated and cnt stop passin wind. i hope these are good signs if not i hate being ill lol

same here ive never had this amount of spots before they all around the cheekbone area. i feel like a teenager lol im 25 way past all the spoty face part lol
