Hi all

does anybody on here find it hard to keep family up to date with whats going on in pregnancy, either due to their job (ie in the forces) or because they live far away from you?

Do you just use things like facebook to keep updated, or would it appeal to have one site where everything could be recorded, ie baby ticker, photos, wish list for baby etc.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I live away from all of my family. The closer members, ie: mum and dad get updated by phone and I mms or email them bump pics and scan pics.
My nan is also updated by phone but I think email and mms would be a bit advanced for her
As for cousins, aunties, uncles etc I update FB sometimes, put a scan pic on there and do a few status updates and the keep up with it that way x

Not sure I can be of much help here. I have a very large family, all of who live in Aus and not all of them use the internet. I usually phone my father one a week and we keep updated that way. Any family info is then passed round through him.

I have to say it's not ideal for me as I am usually left out of the loop on a lot of things. But we have to make do with what will work.
