i understand what everyone is saying but it will just put him in a mood i cant be borthed with it although i met my friend today and got some baby clothes also got my little baby the first colour for the gender awwww made me smille so much x

I'm definately in the "if it is going to happen it will happen" crowd.

None of my pregnant friends can enjoy their pregnancy because they are so focused on jinxing it

"I'm not thinking of names" "I don't want any gifts/cards" "i'm not even thinking about the nursey" "it's just called the foetus atm"

I can understand women being scared but give me strength - they still drink caffiene etc so they're not even consistant with their over protectiveness

We only bought one outfit after our first scan and then didnt buy anything til 20 week scan was done but purely because we were scared in case anything went wrong, not because its a jinx just coz we wanted everything to be ok. after 20 weeks, if somethings gonna happen it will regardless of what we do or dont buy so we have been buying everything we need as we go along to spread the cost and the only things we 'need' now are things we would like to have not neccessarily what the baby needs.

Saying that, my moses basket is at my mums, and my crib and pram is at my nans because of the old wives tale dont bring them into the house!!

well girls i have told him everything everyone has said and he once again said what he belives in thats his choice and hes not gonna change his own mind

So i just gave up cos it was annoying him BUT yesterday me and my friend got some baby clothes ill post some photos soon to show you guys guess im just gonna have to do baby shoppin on my own stuff what he says because iam the one carrying this baby and getting the effects of hormodes etc....MEN why do they have to be so odd
