Extremely sharp stabbing pain when sneezing

As above really, does anyone else have this? It's not everytime I sneeze but fairly often I'll get this huge almighty pain that actually makes me cry out and hold my tummy, thennit goes as quickly as it came, sometimes when coughing aswell??

Yes i certainly have!! it hurts soo much.. i get mine just above my knicker line!! if i press my fingers on it when im going to sneeze it stops.. but if it catch's me off guard i know about it!! think people say its where the ligaments/tendons are stretched or relaxed one of the two!!!
but perfectly normal

yeah i get it too. think it's just like the others said the muscles are tensing but feel it more where everything is moving. your pregnancy is flying by. xxx

Yes - me too - but more painful in my back than in tummy but thats cos I've back problems. Its awful cos I have a sinus problem and allergies. This morning I had to take an antihistamine of I would sneeze all day - its truly exhausting - as well as painfull!!

I get this too!! I have to hold my belly and after each sneeze I say 'oww!' so it is like
sneeze... oww... sneeze.... oww!!

I also got it last night when I tried to squeeze out a fart!!

I'm so glad someone asked this as I've had it too! Really worried me first time it happened! The last couple of days I've been getting a random sharp pain on my right side intermittently - I'm 12 weeks and putting it down to ligaments stretching, has anyone else felt this? Should I be concerned? I've got my scan on Thursday morning so will find out then if everything is ok - I didn't get an early scan so it feels like we've been waiting FOREVER!!!
