I know there have been a lot of threads about tiredness, but I feel I am beyond tired!
I am not working now, so don't have much to do during the day other than housework.
I go to bed around 11pm, sleep until about 10am and then usually have a three hour nap in the afternoon, but am STILL dog tired, so much so that I feel like I'll fall asleep standing up, and the simplest of tasks becomes a huge effort - I have to do everything in steps; wash-up, then sit down, put laundry on, then sit down.

If I have to go anywhere or have plans it's a nightmare. For example, we just got back from food shopping and I feel like it's completely wiped me out - I'm going back up for a nap after I've written this.

I am not aneamic. Does anyone else feel THIS exhausted all the time? Is it just part of pregnancy or should it be something I get checked out? It's making me miserable!

I've been like that aswell recently, I'm not sure if it's the heat or what? Like you, I have to do everything in steps, even walking upstairs makes me so tired. Last time I was the docs they said my irons levels were slightly on the low side so I've been eating lots of veg and high iron foods but its not helping at all xx

I have been like this since about 21/22 weeks, goodness knows what i'll be like a few weeks down the line. I hate having to do things in phases, its taken me the entire day to have a bath and give the kitchen a good clean.

:)

I feel like that too, everything has to be done in steps, cant stand for a long period of time either. I think growing a person is exhausting!

Ah good to know I'm not alone! My mother in law is worried and keeps telling me to see the doctor but I know i'll just get the response of 'You're pregnant, deal with it!" x

GPs are useless, I have same answer to all my concerns including varicose veins - you are pregnant, deal with it!

Trust it's natures way of getting u ready, between Remy n saffys night feeds I've forgot what sleep is!!! X
