How long should I express on each breast? Once I see the milk isn't flowing anymore I stop but should I hang on a little bit more? Will there be more coming out? Xx

id say keep at it for a lil while after the flow has stopped, sometimes you can get a 2nd letdown and you want to make sure your getting the hindmilk as well as the foremilk.

oh and i think its usually 20 mins for a pumping sess so 10 to 15 mins each side.... but its what feels right to you really

Im sure I read somewhere that you should do at 20mins per boob. But yeah, I go for a wee while after it stops, sometimes it's starts again.

lol im gonna have a bash at pumping tonight to see how pathetic the amount i can pump is now. got 1oz between both boobs last time i tried!
