Express as often as you can, you can add each oz together as long as they were expressed in the same 24h and then freeze them. Morning is when you have highest milk. EBM lasts 6-8 hours at room temp, 5 days in the back of the fridge (not near the door) and up to 6 months in the freezer. If you defrost in the fridge you have 24 hours to use. Or you can defrost in warm water (not hot) and use immediately.

How old is LO? Have you given a bottle before at all? Xx

She's 4 weeks. OH has given her a bit over last two days she seems kind of ok with the bottle. Not overly enthusiastic but doesn't take a small amount. Xxx

Oh and can only 'let down' if I feed off one side express from other!! X

Just do that as often as you can then and offer a bottle of EBM at least once per day? Even if its only one oz to get her used to it xx

Thanks Sally I'll just have to keep going as I am. I just can't express more than an oz so little and often it is x

Slow and steady wins the race! You don't want to get too much oversupply anyway unless you are planning on expressing quite regularly to build up a freezer stock xx
