Hi ladies
This may sound a little strange but I would like to attempt to build up a stockpile of breast milk for T. This is because when I go back to work I will be full time and I'm in the army. So there will be lots of physical work and activity and I know after speaking to a few other girls that bf and lots of the training we do is not comfortable or easy.
Since you can freeze breast milk I was wondering could I build a frozen stock for when I go back to work. T will be roughly 4 and a half months and I'd like to give him the full 6 months of breast milk if possible.
Is it just a case of express on top of feeding him or should I go with a strategy of sorts?
Any ideas on this would be a great help xx
