Hi everyone :)

Hope you're not all too unconformable!

I'm finding it really hard to sit still.. I sit at a desk all day and it's playing havoc with my hips/pelvic area :( if I sit still for too long it feels like the baby pushes up into my ribs and it just hurts!

How is everyone keeping active? I'm riding my bike to work which helps a little but other than that I just lounge about and it's making me feel bleurgh

If anyone could share some tips for the pain/stiffness I'd be most appreciative!
 
Just walking for me. I do between 1 and 2 miles every day which isn't much but better then nothing and I enjoy walking. I tried swimming but my pgp wasn't helped by it

I still do things like mow my (quite big) lawn weekly which certainly feels like exercise these days

It's so easy to sit and do very little. 2 weeks ago I found myself being one of those people sitting playing on their phone all evening and I don't want to do that but rather then do something active I've found myself a book to read and made baby a hat. I can't wait until recovery is over and I can be more active again
 
I'm just so restless! I've scrubbed the kitchen all day today :rotfl: the only way I'm not uncomfortable is if I'm on the go until I sleep! Feel like this baby is huge hahahha

Oooh making a hat? Wish I could do stuff like that!
