Ladies im after some advice on some exercises to do as with this being my 3rd pregnancy and not necessarily lost all the weight from my last and i dont want to end up like a heffer.
Just wanting to know if anyone has any advice on exercises that are safe to do in tri 2, currently 19 weeks pregnant and would just like to tone up a bit really. Im pretty healthy when it comes to food its just the exercising im lacking. Thanks in advance x
