Hey everyone.. :wave:

Was just curious to what/if any exercise everyone is doing? :oops:

OH keeps on at me that I have to keep doing some exercise and keep myself healthy "for the baby",... I do agree but I also think I need to keep fit for labour and sleepless nights to follow!

I do walk (most days) to/from train station and I'm hoping to get some swimming in....any advice on strokes? I always did breaststroke when I went before..is this ok since it is quite pelvis orientated? (daft question i know!)

Also, I was considering getting a Yoga or pilates DVD for pregnancy of some sorts? Any recommendations on this?

none :eek: i am suffering with alot of pelvic girdle pain at the moment i am going on a couple of days holiday with my mum and sis and hoping to do alot of swimmming.
