exercise tip!

my baby is nearly 7 weeks old and altho much of the weight fell off shortly after the birth, my post-pregnancy belly is nowhere near as flat as my pre-pregnancy one-so i started sit-ups today (i only did 30, dont wanna push myself yet!)

but i made them enjoyable! by doing them on the bed and putting my baby on a pillow between my legs. each time i sat up i got to kiss her it made them much less of a chore! :)
 
aww thats sounds like a lovely idea!

now ive had my 4 week post opp check, i can start doing more exercise again!
 
when can you start doing situps? ive been thinking about doing some but thought i cant yet
