Exercise... How much is too much?

So here is a thought.
In ttc losing a bit of weight is a good idea for me. Probably about 1-2 stone is ideal. However, I also read that a high surge of adrenaline isn't good for ovulation or if you are expecting.
(Some evil part of my brain started telling me it was my own fault we lost at 5 weeks cause I went crazy in the gym with spin classes! Even though I'm pretty sure this is nonsense in my head.)

How much is too much? I need to do more than I usually would to lose weight but what should I avoid doing? Any tips ladies? Xx
 
I’m a fitness instructor and, trust me, you are not to blame hun. Your normal fitness regime is fine to keep up with when TTC and pregnant (obviously with some things being out of bounds when pregnant). But in terms of TTC, exercise is good for you and if you’ve always been fit, then this is the norm for your body.

Well I used to be fit but have put on a little recently. So I've been trying to get back to my old fitness ways but have realised I can't be as full on as I used to be. It's good to hear that I am not doing any harm though thanks x
