Soooooo not going back there!!! I've had enough feel like curling up into a ball now and telling everyone to f off I got a massive headache too today and flashy lights like sparklers in front of my eyes gonna take some paracetamol have a shower and chug on I suppose - oh and I can call my ménage might be ok to talk to (if she is open) x

Defo call her, headaches and lights on top of the other stuff is not good- you must be feeling very poorly, hope that your midwife takes care of you.

Mw is closed but for some random reason doctors was open so I got an appt for 11:10

Thanks ladies im gonna rite moan at them till I get somewhere haha! At least thrush treatment and a guess at the rash and some dissolvable tablets would be nice x

If they send me back up to triage again I'm gonna go mad I have to go there tomorrow for a growth scan and the next day for a consultant appt

What is triage just out of interest? At my hospital we have either a&e or the scanning section or the antenatal or labour ward.


Under what circumstances would you go to triage?

Triage at my hosp is basically like a pregnant woman assessment unit lol if ur in labour u have to go there to b assessed or if low baby movements or weird rashes pains or waters basically it's crap they bung everyone in there to see if they need to go thurther and where to so average waiting time is like 2-3hrs and they see u as and wen u come loads of women have given birth in there coz they are being assesed if they need any extra pain relief or medication it's a stupid place wld b a really good idea if it had more than 4 beds n 2 midwifes haha!

My hospital doesn't have it. The only triage I've heard if is when you go to a&e the nurse that takes a look at you before you see a doctor is called a triage nurse.
