The last few nights I've woken to find my right hand wrist joint seems to be popping in and out when I move it and so does my thumb. It's it so much painful but achy and difficult to use. Post pregnancy thing or have a somehow done something to my hand? Xx

Incase anybody does suffer from this in the future it's your hormones making the ligaments weak in your joints according to my gp. Should ease by a few months if not psyio x

I had something similar. It's called dewertes (or something like that). It's like a form of carpel tunnel syndrome which is really common in new mums. Mine was made worse when I held my eldest while bfing. I wore a tubigrip wrist support and was just really careful when using that wrist or tried to hold daughter in different ways etc. if it hadnt got better then gp was going to give me a steroid injection. Hope it gets better soon x

I had crazy sore wrists when my LO was younger, they just felt really weak and strained a lot of the time. I assumed it was from carrying her round all the time and holding her and myself in strange positions for long times. It went away by itself though :D
