Engaged! Woohoo! :D

We had our 35 week Midwife appointment this morning and I have to admit that I was a bit upset when I saw that it wasn't my usual MW when she opened the door.

However!!! The MW that we did see was SO nice, I love her and I wish I could see her ALL the time!

She was so nice, so informative and took her time. She explained exactly where Flump is laying and told us that the head is 4/5's engaged (WOOHOO!) and that is probably why my SPD has gotten worse over the past couple of weeks.

I'm really pleased Flump's engaged now. It's made my day. I know it could pop out again but I am determined to get on my ball and bounce a lot to make sure it stays in there! LOL.

No-one has ever told me how Flump was positioned before and she told us she was hearing the heartbeat through the shoulder and where the bum and feet etc were (entirely opposite to where I thought LOL).

All in all a good appointment and next one is 2 weeks today!

Great news!

I have two Midwives who are both lovely. I do prefer one to the other though, she always tells me exactly where baby is and even grabs my hands, pushes them on my bump so I can feel too

She even said that she might see us again after the baby is born as she is part of the "North" team which is the team we are on!.

Really given you something to smile about which is lovely.

And good that you had someone talk and tell you things. It makes such a difference doesn't it. Kind if like a lightbulb going on and much more involving also.
