ending tenancy agreement early

well just a little update. I had a phone call this morning from estate agents saying and i quote " hi rebecca, iv got a man who wants to view the propety, are you still living there?" lol so iv got a viewing tomorrow afternoon. i looked on right move and low and behold my flat is up for rent and says available from 5th nov, iv paid my rent till the 6th!! but i forgot to ask if i have to pay the rent till some1 moves in or if i can end contract in nov lol x

Sorry but i live with my OH, he gets £88 a week WTC and we get £331 a month to our rent which is £425. You are entitled to most of your rent paid. Your OH is entitled to WTC, im sure of it weather he has savings or not.
