Eczema

This may be a silly question but how do you know if your baby has Eczema? I have had it all my life but I was hoping Charlie wouldn't get it especially as I'm breastfeeding but he has dry skin on his legs, it's not red or sore but just a bit dry, am I being paranoid? x

Aimee has it all over her and I've never had it myself but doctor said it is eczema. It seems to be worse round her ankles and behind her knees and on her elbows. Its different everyday, sometimes its bright red and other days its just patches of dry skin.
