Hi

Just a quick question, im going to be buying off ebay for the first time.
I have registered for pay pal but now dont know what to do next lol.
can someone please help me understand how to use it and if its even a good way to pay on ebay or should i just use my credit card?

Hi, paying via credit card through paypal is the same, the funds come from your card, have you entered an bank account as well cos you could pay via e cheque but that takes up to 10 working days, and some sellers hate it..

If you have registrered your card, buy your item, click pay via paypal, and it will pay it from the source you have provided..

paypal really is the best way to buy things from ebay. you get your items so much quicker. genrally, i wont buy something if they dont accept paypal.

i think you need to get verified at some point. which if i remember correctly involves a phone call, and they put a small payment into your account which you can keep, and when you get your statement, you enter the amount into your paypal.

good luck with ebay. but it is addictive
