What do those coloured stars mean after peoples usernames and feedback amounts?

the colour changes the the amount of positive feedback the person gets. Dunno what colour means what tho!

Are you sure?
Some people don't have them at all?
I thought maybe you got one when you had a feedback score of 10 or more but people with less than 10 have them?
You'd think it would say somewhere on Ebay but I can't find it!!
I want one :shakehead:

Thanks Honey!!

I did search ebay to try and find that

I'll have one soon then :cheer:

New ebayers start off with no stars.

Once they have done (or recieved feedback for) 15 transactions they get a yellow star.

Once they get 50-99 feedback messages they get a blue star.

100 - 500 is a turquoise star

and so it goes up....if you see stars with like whooshy lines after them the seller has thousands of transactions!! Then known as "power sellers".

It's basically just to let you know how many transactions in a glance that person has done and clicking on the number by their star will tell you whether they have 100% positive feedback or 80% positive and 20% negative etc, you can then decide whether to trust that seller yourself.

I have a 'score' of 86 at the moment, 100% positive on a blue star!! :D
