I bouht a pram off ebay last week and paid £20 for the courier. It was 7 days ago and the pram still hasn't arrived

Can anyone tell me if it normally take this long? I was expecting it to be here on Monday/Tuesday

did the seller confirm what day the pushchair was collected and if it was 24hour or 48hour courier?
Also did they say which courier they used? (parcelforce, DHL etc)
did they give you a tracking number?

I'd contact the seller right now and ask them to conform which day the pushchiar was collected by the courier, which courier they used and can they forward the tracking number to you.

I've never had a courier that doesnt give a tracking number, and I've sold over 10 pushchairs on ebay

Good Luck :D

:? Still haven't recieved the pram and can't seem to get hold of the seller. Have asked for the tracking number but no reply.

:x I hate Ebay

if you dont get a reply from the seller then contact ebay themselves...
dont hate ebay.. its bad sellers that give it a bad name.

email them asking for the tracking code, and if you havent had any response wtihin 24 hours then tell them you will be pursuing a claim thru paypal.

if they stated "courier"

courier is usually 24 hour/ 48 hour...

Did you get hold of the seller yet? It's a shame when there are some bad sellers like that around.

If you paid through PayPal you might be able to get your money back for goods not received. Check on the PayPal site for more information about that.

Also, advise Ebay themselves as they may be able to help.
