Eating way too much!

My morningsickness is going away and Im feeling better... And my apetite is full back on, I want to eat... All time!!! And really unhealthy food, crisp, mcdonalds :roll: Not very good, I put easily on weight and I was really big last pregnancy and want to try to be a little bit more healthy this time!

I bought in some yogurths, lots of fruits etc.. But no.. I blame it on my OH who always get in snacks like choclates etc and I just can't stay away.. !!!

Do you girls have the same issue ??? x How much is "ok" to eat ??
 
Ooh this post has reminded me I have chocolate hidden in the kitchen :rofl:

I can't be much help really, I felt sick throughout first tri so got used to just eating whatever I fancied when I fancied it, and it's easy to fall into. I had a few weeks of craving fruit though so a few vitamins along the way! All you can really do is what you are - making an effort to be healthy and not stuff yourself full of junk.
