Early scan panic?! IVF pregnancy

Hey everyone,
Joined today but was in the site for a ling time years ago. Basically we have been trying for a baby for 6 years, had 6 IVF transfers and a silent miscarriage 4 years ago in IVF 2
Finally I am pregnant again through IVF (6 weeks today) and am finding it all far too emotional to deal with.
At 4.6 HCG was 1300 which gyn said was really healthy and saw sac.
At 5.2 days I bled brown blood (not too much) and had a scan. Gyn said blood was old but put me on bed rest.
However, the sac was 7mm (so I've read that put me at 5w) but no uolk sac seen. Gyn didnt seem fussed or even mention it but now I'm terrified its a blighted ovum! Anybody else have similar?
My emotions are literally all over, my boobs are sore on min and fine the next and last night I kept waking up having hot flushes one sec and cold the next. Felt abit sick last night too but not so much today.
I guess I'm just looking for some support or people in the same boat
My nrxt scan is Mon and I'm dreading it .

Congratulations on your little bean, especially after all those years. It must be so stressful, I can't imagine.
I would take reassurance from the fact the doctor wasn't worried, I know plenty of women who had an early scan showing a sac who later had a heartbeat seen. The only thing that can reassure you right now is time.

I'm not in the same boat but just wanted to say congratulations and offer some support. I'd say if they weren't worried about it then try hold on to that. I've seen so many people on here see nothing then go back and then see yolk sack. Early pregnacy symptoms can come and go too, it's hard not to obsess over them. Fx for you hun I hope after 6 years this is your time xx

Hi! So yes I was worrying for nothing as at 6 weeks we emded up with another scan as was bleeding quite heavy and there was a heartbeat! Turns out though I have a blood clot in uterus but a week later it had pretty much cleared up so hoping alls now ok x

Thanks. Still quite nervous but severe nausea has kicked in now so hoping that's a good sign x

Well this is just wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. Nothing can beat the relief of seeing that little heart beating away furiously, creating a new little life. Massive congratulations. Now take it easy. Tri 1 is tough!
