Hi guys, 5+3 here. I’m so exhausted it feels like I have the flu but I’m not sick. My body feels weak and I don’t have the energy to do much. I dread the thought of going to work, where I’m on my feet and going fast the whole time in a hot kitchen. I actually called off yesterday and today was my actual day off. I’ve been sleeping or just laying down. I’m scared things are going to get worse and I physically won’t be able to handle my job. If this pregnancy is like my last two, nausea is going to hit soon and I’ll be miserable for a while. What can I do? Advice?

The exhaustion usually gets a lot better / disappears after the 3 month mark. I was exhausted in both my pregnancies in the first trimester, failing asleep at about 7pm every night! (thankfully for this one I was on the end of my maternity leave so could nap on the couch!) xx

I don’t remember feeling so tired with my other 2. Did you have boys or girls? My first two are boys :)

Nausea has started today. Fingers crossed it stays mild and doesn’t last too many weeks! Hope you feel well throughout your pregnancy <3
