Hi ladies, i'm early on in pregnancy but thinking about the feeding once again and would love to give BF another go this time. I FF DS1, BF DS2 for 3 weeks, but gave up as i felt guilty about not being able to spend time playing with DS1 due to the constant 24hourly feeds.

O/H has told me he thinks i shouldn't even attempt to BF this one, but i think i will regret it if i go straight to formula. LO is due in August and i will be taking my eldest to nursery, so will have to get all 4 of us ready and out the door by 8:15am LOL. I won't have help getting them ready as O/H goes to work at 7:30am.

Do you think it's do-able? Thanks in advance x

How old are you others? My kids are 14, 11, twins are 4 and this one is 11 weeks and I've bf them all.
It's 100% do able. My oh works FT so I'm on my own also x

I'd say it's doable if you want to. I'd recommend investing in a wrap/sling - like a moby, then you can feed on the move. Xxx

On my iPhone - so cant see tickers :(

A friend of mine bf her youngest (ff her oldest) and she was amazing, she cud bf her youngest while taking her oldest to the toilet or getting him dressed after swimming!
Xxx

Thanks for the replies! :) My other two will be 3 years and 16 months, this is what worries me, as they will need my attention also and i'm worried the constant feeding will make things difficult. On the other hand, my 7 month old is FF now, and he rarely goes 2 hours between feeds in the day, plus theres the getting bottles made up in time for feeds which is the downside to formula feeding! I really like the look of the Beco Gemini/Butterfly carrier, but i'm unsure if it is suitable for a newborn? As i like the Buckle carriers/find them easier to get on and off xx
