Early AF

Hi all,
AF arrived yesterday which is unusual as my cycle is quite regular. Does this mean that I may not be ovulating properly? My cycle is 26 or 27 days each month but only 24 this time. I'm a bit worried!

your cycle can vary due toa number of factors,including stress etc,i shouldnt worry

It was a little early but there are a number of things that could cause an early or late arrival of AF.

Anything you can think of?

Or is there anything concerning you? Like is your AF appearing normal?
