Hello
Is it normal to have a really dry bump, it is as though my skin is peeling, tmi but all my tops are covered in skin..yuck.

I have moisturised every day, twice daily

I am 32 weeks pregnant and just want to make sure that I am not the only one. I have had high blood pressure and headaches and been monitored by hospital regularly but not seeing anyone til next Thursday now...

If its normal...phew! Just want her to arrive safely and everything is causing me concern so there maybe a few more posts over the next few weeks!!

Thanks

I didn't experience this hun but I generally don't get dry skin, have you spoke to your mw? Can you give them a ring before Thursday? Try baby oil xx

I've had very dry skin for ages now, so much that I tend to lather myself in grapeseed oil, or baby oil and of course that doesn't last all day. Make sure you're drinking enough too, if you're dehydrated your skin can suffer. Might just be your skin stretching.

Ive found that my skin has been awful since being pregnant. Ive got ezcema allllll over my belly now, which wasn't there at all at the beginning. Worth asking you midwife about, but your skin does some strange things during pregnancy.

Just keep moisturising, maybe try a few different products, see if any are better than others. Hope it clears up for you :) x

I'm 33 weeks and my skin on my belly is a little dry too, I think it's because it's beginning to really stretch now. Try not to use shower gel, soap or anything on it in the shower/bath so your bodies natural oils arn't all washed away, and then just moisturize like hell aftrwards =] I use bio oil, swear by it!!
