dry mouth

does anyone else have this? If I breathe through my mouth it goes dry really quickly and the roof of my mouth is getting sore I don't know whether to mention it to my mw when I see her on Tuesday. It's not to do with diabetes as I'm not diabetic normally and have had the glucose test which was clear. can anybody help?

I had this a couple weeks ago. It went away on its own, but something that really helped me was eating two things: creamy pies (tarts, banana cream pie, lemon pie, etc) and jello. Both helped keep the roof of my mouth from getting too dry.
