I feel exhausted and tired constantly mentally and physically and since my baby turned out to be crying machine I find myself wont produce enough milk and seems to dried out.. how would you let milk flow back again...What should I do..tried massaging them no usage:wall2:kept expressing nothing coming out..

Sorry to hear things aren't going so well with BFing.

The best thing you can do is lots of skin to skin and drink plenty of water. I've also read on here that you can eat oats to boast supply and take fenugreek?

And... I know it's easy to say, but try not worry and try to be relaxed around LO as this will help supply too.

the more you put LO to the breast then she will be able to help get your supply back up too. That might mean though that you are sitting with baby attached to you for a few hours at a time!! But enjoy the closeness, watch a film or something?? Oscar used to comfort suck for hours and I'm sure this helped to increase my supply, just having him close to me, but now he feeds for about 10 mins max for a big feed and rarely fusses for boob anymore.

Don't worry if your boobs never feel full, mine never do any more, and haven't for a long time but Oscar always gets milk out.

Good luck xxxxx

^^^^ wss.
Also I know it sounds unachievable but try to rest when LO rests, even if you just lie down with your eyes closed and breath deeply for 10mins it will help you and if you could get in a nap that would make a big difference.

 I can only echo what the others have said. Lots of skin to skin and lots of water. Maybe make (or buy) yourself some flapjacks as well, bit of energy and some oats for the supply. If you can just spend a day or two just lying in bed with LO. Just have some food and bottles of water to hand and relax as much as you can. x
