Dress to wear to a wedding?

I'm going to a wedding in a couple of weeks and I'm so stuck for a dress! I'd love a maxi dress but I'm only 5'1 and a size 12/14 so it'd look awful! Has anyone seen anything anywhere that you think would be suitable?!

I have a wedding coming up this summer and i found a lovely dress in Primark of all places!

Its a peachy pinkey chiffon thing which looks a little like a tent at the mo however i have a plan! I've ordered some cream lace trim for the edges and a great little peachy/cream fasinator - i feel a bit like a fashionista!!
