How do you work out how many dpo you are?

I had a postive opk yesterday so would I class yesterday as the day I ovulated or today as you normally get a positive up to 36 hours before you ovulate?

I don't suppose it really matters, just wondered how other people count it!

I personally count the day after my strongest + as Ov day.

So two days after + OPK is 1dpo (to me at least!)

Same here. I count the day after positive opk as ov day and the day after this is 1dpo. So 2 days after pos opk would be 1dpo x
