I really need to speak to someone!!! My best friends 7 week old baby passed away yesterday completely unexpected and it's hit me real hard all I keep thinking/hoping is its a dream I really don't know what to do my best friend doesn't know i know yet ( her sister told me ) just don't know what to do

Oh my goodness, this is just heartbreaking. I suppose there is no right way or wrong way of dealing with it but just being there for her in the best way you can - for now that might be just to go round and give her a big squeeze. I'm sorry to hear this - I'm sure she'll be grateful for having you to support her through it.
