Does this make sense?

I kind of feel like I can feel the baby different in my belly today. The only way to describe it is like when you swallow food and it gets stuck in your throat and you can feel it there, well it's that feeling but in my lower belly if that makes sense?
Does anyone else have this?

Oh and I have been spotty today, I never get spots!
