I just tried to make a payment over the phone and it took ages to do, then when i got to the end it says putting you through to an associate, i had to sit and wait for them to answer the phone for over 5 minutes for them to tell me that the payment hadnt gone through and they asked if i wanted to do it over the phone. As if i am going to make a payment twice!! I know there is money in my account as i was paid today so i cant see why the amount wouldnt have gone through? I am worried now that i have just been ripped off and something random is going to have my £50 that i just tried to pay.

Do you have an account number and a card number? apparently you can use either number to pay?

Horrible call centres :evil: :x
 
i agree horrible call centers i try to avoid them like the plauge :talkhand:

have you managed to get your payment sorted out???
check with your ank to see if the money has been with drawn
can you get your mother care card on thier website instead.

i was thinking of getting one but im not sure if its worth it?

I have checked the bank this morning and nothing had come out yet but i will keep checking. As soon as anything does i will be on the phone to mothercare and my bank.
