Do these look like same gender...scan photos

The top photo is my current 4yr olds scan photo from 12 weeks and the bottom is this pregnancy at 13wks. Donthey look similar to anyone else making me think they will be the same gender or could just be me?

I am booking a gender scan soon so its been on my mind the gender of this one.

I think there are similarities but not the same gender. I was positive I was having another girl as the scans look similar but its a boy x
