Do I need to get checked out?

Having really bad period type cramps, got a temp and feel like I'm going to vomit. No bleeding but I'm worried. Should I be calling a Dr or am I overreacting?

I'd just ring. I always think it is better to overreact then not to. I'm sure everything will be fine but if something is bothering you it is better to ease your mind.
