discussing IVF

Hi,

we have a follow up appointment coming up in fertility clinic after our 1st appointment and some tests. The only problem that has creeped up is a low sperm count. We have been ttc for 3 years.

We are thinking of discussing IVF with the doctor. Any suggestions, recommendations, tips, concerns from anyone who's already gone through the initial phase? What should we be asking about/for?
