Hi everyone,

I have just been having a look at my discharge notes and where it says agencies informed it says GP, Liaison officer, health visitor, child health department and where it says social services plan it says concern & vulnerability.

Is this normal and they inform them about every baby? Just worried about the social services bit as I haven't had any dealings with them before and I feel that my baby is safe and well and I would never let anything happen to her xx

Don't know hun! Are they concerned about u rather than baby?? Do u have history of depression or anything? I'm sure its nothing to worry about! Hope u r getting on ok xxx

No on all my notes it says that I'm fine and doing well. I have had depression before. I'm just so scared that they're guna take her even though she is happy and doing fine. Yeah I'm ok thank you just getting used to it all and luisa doesn't bring her wind up most of the time so she gets really bad belly ache and nothing I do helps her xx

I'm sure they won't take her off u hun- they have no reason to!!
Sooo hard when they get uncomfy with trapped wind :-/ What have u tried? We used infacol a lot with Ethan (can't remember but think its suitable from birth?) That and different positions for winding, cycling their legs, clockwise tummy massage......ummmm- its hard to remember! (I'm gonna feel like its my first time all over again when this one comes!) Xx

I was told a fab way to burp!! You place LO on your left leg and lower the leg down, raise your right leg so that LO tummy is resting against the inner thigh, put LO arms over your right leg and cup there chin in your hand, rubbing their back with your left hand. Worked a treat for us!!!!

Also sit LO in your lap and hold her under the arms, gently lean her forwards backwards side to side, then pop over shoulder and burp.

These and innfacol worked wonders for us x x
