Dips

So my LO had decided that she will now only eat anything that she can dip-discovered this when out and she dipped her bananna in BBQ sauce!

I am wondering if any of you lovely ladies have any recipes for dips- I don't like to give her ketchup -took much salt (I know u can get reduced salt one but I am trying 2 move away from ketchup as don't want her to be like my brother who has ketchup on everything!even toast!!)

Yoghurt, homemade salsa dip - no chillies cold or warm with melted cheese? x

i dip everything into homemade guacamole

mash avocado with a little bit of diced cherry tomato and onion and a dash of lime juice,id leave out the chilli lol im only starting to wean so not sure if they can eat tomato or onion but im sure avacado mashed into a dip on its own still be nice,
