Just wanted.to share this that was shared on the wonder weeks Facebookpage. I hope it ddoesn't cause any offence, none intended, I have.to remind myself sometimes to stop posting pics on fb until baby is asleep as I find him stop playing and watching me tap away on my phone!

Huh...

That's interesting.

I understand the overwhelming desire to ensure baby is safe and all every second of the day, but I do think there are times we can take it too far.

I love that the last thing I do before going to bed is poke my head round my sons door. I get to see his peaceful sleeping face, and feel reassured that everything is fine.

Looking at numbers on a phone screen can never replace that xx

I agree Lacey. parenting is becoming more robotic. I personally have a basic audio monitor that cost £30 and that's enough to keep my mind at rest. I love poking about in his nappy to see if he's wee'd or pooped. I don't need a monitor to tell me that!
