Heartburn/acid indigestion, reflux are all pretty much the same thing and very common in preganancy particularly towards the end when all your organs are squished up a bit and the muscles slightly relaxed.
It seems all the remedies rely on neuralizing the acid and nothing seems to prevent it, I've got it bad right now cos I ate too much toast at playgroup!
The worst thing is knowing that the heartburn will go once baby is born but I won't be able to enjoy my food cos I'll be too busy! I long for the day I can actually eat a hot meal slowly and savour each mouthfull, it's been ages since I ate without either swallowing huge lumps of boiling food or nibbling at freezing food that I've had to leave cos the kids are demanding me!
