Diet help pls!

Im starting a diet next week.still need to lose a bit of baby weight.im crap with diets though! I never know what to eat with what.anyone got any tips?like my mum gave me one-tomato juice with cayan pepper,helps speed up metabolism..any advice welcome! Thanks in advance..oh before you say it,i already know about the 5portions of fruit and veg and 8glasses of water :) lol. X

join the weight loss thread we have going....it helps me with motivation as i dont go to any clubs...

as for tiops.....i do whats suits me...i have started getting up early and walking the dogs kicks starts my metabolism and then yogurt and fruit or porridge for breaky..sarny for dinner then a healthy tea...

i am not strict strict and find this helps be relaxed around food....i have 1 takeaway a week and restrict any alcohol to fri or sat 1 or 2 glasses of wine unless an occasion!

exercise - hard whenm u have a little one but little and often prooves better then long and intense...i do Davina DVD only 3 sections 4/5 times a week 2 days on 1 day off and i walk amber as much as i can.
