Did you all go to the doctors when you got yr BFP's?

Just wandering really if i actually need to go or just book with the midwife when i'm about 8 weeks?

When i got my BFP with Jess i went to the doctors and they didnt confirm it, didnt say anything really

when I got my bfp with aaliyah I went to the drs and he referred me, this time i called the drs and they put me in the midwife book who called me back and gave me an appointment.

I rang my dr's the other day, but i was after a referral to the early pregnancy unit.
I had to go down for a chat, but she said she could've done it over the phone lol.
Maybe just ring and ask reception to pass on the message that you're pregnant and see what the dr wants.

I didnt bother this time round, I just went straight to MW as GP didnt do anything last time anyway

i went to the GP straight away he didn't do anything but you can get on the midwifes books and then they tend to contact you and arrange an appointment when you are around 8 - 9 weeks xx

yep i went after about a week i think, he wrote down a note for the midwife and she rang me
