did ur child have red marks on cheeks wen crawling???

hi all bin a while since bin on here. well libbie has been exploring the last few weeks crawling rolling around etc etc well on saturday i noticed 2 marks either side of where her dummy sits that look very sore and shiny, they r the size of a 5p piece. it isnt the dummy becos it it just outside the rim of her dummy. i didnt know if anyone else has had this with their little one. im panicing and thinking its something bad!!! plse help!! x
