diabetes in pregnancy

i have just found out i have the diabetes you can get while pg my dad has type 2 though have got to take my sugar levels every day about 3-4 times a day and inject insulin just wondered if anyone else has got this???????????

i dont have diabetes but my mum has type 1 diabetes where you inject yourself. its not very nice but you dont have to change your diet dramatly. the only thing to keep an eye on is your sugar levels for example if they are high you will probably feel tired going for a brisk walk can bring them down. and if your sugar level is low the thing to take is a couple of mouthfuls of lucozade as it is quite fast acting.

I have diabetes type 2 i got diabetes through having pcos i also have to moniter blood sugar levels 3 to 4 time daily and have to inject insulin twice a day
