This time round we're living in an area with hard water and my steraliser says it needs descaling regularly. What do you ladies use? I've Google steraliser descaler and it says boots don't do this anymore. Xxx

I'll like to know the answer to this.
Plus how do I do it?
I have a tommee tippee x x

Boots do! I bought some sachets this week. A box of so many for £2.50

Ahh brill I'll have to take a trip to one to stock up I think! Thank you hun xxx

I buy the kettle de scaler in the sachets, you can buy a box of them in tesco. Yesterday I had to improvise and boiled the kettle and put some Calgon in for 15 mins and then gave it a good wash out.

white vinegar also works ace at descaling or citric acid if you have it, then washed and rinsed - good as new...

I use some sachets from tesco
With the white vinegar do you just clean it with it or put the steriliser on a cycle with the vinegar and water?

I also have a tommee tipped one and we use the boots sachets.
