Just woken up to find one of my vaneers which covers my front tooth has fallen off! luckily I found it but now gotta try find a dentist to put it on as I now have 1 stumpy tooth! is it safe to use dentists when preg and have injections etc? X

It's free to use the dentist while pregnant!

I've got an exemption card from the NHS for free dental treatment & free prescriptions while pregnant and for the 1st year after Baby is born!

I'm not sure about replacing vaneers because it's probably considered 'cosmetic' but it's worth calling and asking!

they will only do dental work if its emergancy and your in pain my dentist wouldnt do anything to me last time i had to have a temp filling till afterwards as he wouldnt use the injections

on another note my old dentist who i call the cowboy did loads whilst pregnant even taking out a wisdom tooth eeek

Ah they did it for free woop had to sign a form to say I'm pregnant! All better now and no injection!
