I was terrified of it at first because I was so scared of doing it wrong, or not being able to get rid of the air bubbles but after a couple of days it was easy. And weird part of me really did enjoy having to mix them together.
For mine, I was on 150 dose so had 2 little bottles of menapor to do. I had a vial of water that you pull into the syringe first, then empty it into the menapor powder, mix then draw back up. And then do he same again for the other menapor bottle. Flick all the water out and then do the injection.
I remember being shocked when I first got shown it, I was scared I wouldn’t remember what to do. Especially since the busereline I had for down reg was so much more straight forward. But it really is fine. I wouldn’t worry about it. You’ll be pro with it in no time!
