JUst wondering how many sleeps your little one has during the day. I started noticing josh getting grumpy and overtired so he has a sleep around 9 for a few hours and again at two. I don't know how much he shud be having and don't want to not spend enough time playing with him etc. What's your little ones routine

Sounds about what Drake is having, an hour and a half at 9, same at about 1 and generally a shorter nap at about 5 ready for bed at half 7 ish. As long as you are responding to when he is getting grumpy its good. We generally get about 1. 5 -2 hours for feeding and playing before he's grumpy again, sometimes less sometimes more.

Owen has a sleep at 9am
For about an hour and a sleep about 2pm for an hour xx
